Settly B2B software

A 90 day search and AI sprint for a B2B software company

getsettly.com

Before we started

What they had

Settly had a product that solved a real problem and a site that search engines barely understood. Non-branded visibility was close to nothing. There was no record of what any previous effort had tried, so there was nothing to measure against and nothing to learn from.

The call we made

What we decided

We scoped a 90 day sprint with a single rule: every decision and every piece of work would be written down in a tracker both of us could see. We would treat SEO and AI search as one program, not two, because the same structured pages feed both.

The work itself

What we built

A technical pass to make the key pages legible to Google and to AI answers. A set of commercial pages built around the terms buyers actually use. Structured data and clear answers on the pages most likely to be cited. An execution examples document that showed, in plain terms, exactly what was done each week.

Measured, not claimed

What moved

[Non-branded impressions moved from [figure] to [figure] over the 90 days, with [figure] of those pages newly eligible to appear in AI answers. Figures left as placeholders until confirmed against Settly's Search Console.]

non-branded impressions, 90 days

The honest line

What did not move

Branded search did not change, and we did not expect it to. The sprint was aimed at people who did not yet know Settly existed, not at the ones already searching for it by name.
